Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be created within 30 days of the date you received your order, and items must be shipped back within 30 days of creating the return or exchange.

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with tags attached are eligible for returns and exchanges, excluding sale, personalized, and made-to-order items, which are ineligible unless damaged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges.

REQUEST A RETURN

Common Questions

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
  • Pack the item(s) securely and attach the label. Ship within 30 days of receiving your order.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please submit a return for a refund and then place a new order separately.

We're continuously working to improve our service — exchanges will be available in the future. Contact us at [email protected] if you need assistance.

Please allow 5 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse for your items to be inspected and your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirming your refund.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with tags removed

Damaged or defective items are always eligible regardless of the above. Please contact us immediately if you received a damaged item.

We sincerely apologize for any error on our part. Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

You can return multiple items from the same order in a single shipment — just list all items in your return request email. Please pack them carefully and use the return label we provide.
