1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard international shipping on orders of $200.00 or more. Orders under $200.00 include a flat $20.00 standard shipping fee.
Our products are shipped from our global fulfillment centers to ensure the best quality and price. Standard international delivery typically takes 10-15 Business Days after your order ships. Express options where shown may be faster; delivery estimates are also displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that you are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Shamillaa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
